The ISA Board of Directors developed a position paper on the issue of payment for stored and other materials and presented it to the Indiana Construction Roundtable's (ICR) Board of Directors in the hope that ICR would endorse the position so that subcontractors could bolster its adoption when they discuss the matter with owners that build less frequently than ICR owners. ICR is forming a Task Force on issues of common concern that need addressing in the industry and has indicated they will consider this position paper when that Task Force begins operation.
