Committees
Like most associations, ISA's real work and contributions to the industry flow from the work of our committees.
Unlike any other association in Indiana, all of our committees are chaired by leading subcontractors! With respect to committees, ISA has taken the position that too often an association's energy can be easily drained with standing committees with no agreed-upon ending. Therefore, we have established standing committees only for those areas of interest that are at the heart of our mission: Industry Relations, Education and Scholarship.
When other matters arise that need the attention of our volunteer members, ad-hoc or temporary committees are established that are given a task and asked to complete it. When they are done, the committee also ends. ISA members should watch their mail and email for announcements regarding these committees.
